
A quick and easy paté recipe that can be made with fresh or frozen peas and served as a dip or a spread for sandwiches.
Method
- Purée the peas in a food processor, or with a potato masher, until smooth.
- Stir the yoghurt, onion, mint, garlic, chilli, olive oil, ground cumin and pepper into the peas. Then put the paté in the fridge until you're ready to serve it.
Serves: 6
Time: 30 mins
Store any leftovers in the fridge (but for no longer than 2 days). How about eating it for tomorrows lunch?

- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- ½ fresh red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 10 mint leaves, finely chopped
- 100ml Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
