Method

  1. Wash and cut up the lettuce, cucumber and tomato and put into a bowl.
  2. Add some strips of pepper.
  3. Put in ‘surprise' pieces of grape or mango.

Serves: 2

 

Top Tip

  • You could also add some chunks of cheese or cooked chicken for added protein.
